SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders at Ramirez Restoration LLC are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within the continental United States. We also offer Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) and Overnight Delivery (1 business day) for urgent restorations.
Shipping Costs
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat-rate shipping fee will be applied based on your location and the selected shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable once the item has been dispatched.
International & Special Notes
At this time, Ramirez Restoration LLC primarily ships within the United States. International shipping may be available for specific restoration collections upon request. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
